In the mid-term, this team will set up a fresh ServiceNow instance and to define and implement a plan to support the business process in this new setup. Among other activities, this will require creating new customizations, implementing multiple integrations, and migrating data from the previous system.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and customizations
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other methods
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices, focusing on scalability and security
• Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow integration with, for instance, Kantana, DocuSign, Avalara, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Implement ServiceNow regular patching, including a year major version upgrade
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing configurations to improve application performance
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with user training and support as needed
• Be part of the on-call support team to attend Level 1 ServiceNow incidents
Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and custom applications
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, and integration methods within ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting
• Understanding of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework
