Job Description

We are seeking a proficient ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow implementation and development, with a focus on ITSM, CSM, Integration Hub/API integration, JavaScript, UI Builder, App Engine, Scripting, and Flow Designer.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and Integration Hub/API integration.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with UI Builder, App Engine, and Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred Skills
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules and features.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, CSM, and custom applications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Builder, App Engine, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and integrate APIs and leverage Integration Hub for seamless data flow between systems.
• Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
