Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Developer in Jaipur. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, and programming using ServiceNow. You will utilize your skills in object-oriented programming (OOP) to develop and maintain ServiceNow applications. You will work closely with our team of experts and project managers to implement solutions that meet the business objectives of our clients. Responsibilities: Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development. Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues. Qualifications: 3 - 8 years of experience of ServiceNow Applications development or Product implementation experience Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required) Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and server-side scripting Working experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
