What we are looking for Experience Range: 6 -10 years Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata,Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi/NCR Must Have Has strong knowledge of ITIL framework and Servicenow moduleImplementations. knowledge of products/functions outside of day-to-day areasupported: Can engage with stakeholders of relevant business areas Demonstrates a good end to end understanding of the systems processing for the business area & relationships Strong hands-on Implementation experience on the following key modulesin ServiceNow is required: Incident/Problem/Change CMDB Discovery Integrations Knowledge Service Catalog Service Portal Implementations Agent Workspace Implementations Asset Management Good to have The following Certifications are an addedadvantage. Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer Certified Implementation Specialist ITIL v3 Minimum Qualification: . 15 years offull-time education . Minimumpercentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
