Tech/MCA/BCA/MtechNotice Period: Immediate/ServingRoles & Responsibilities:We are actively seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Implementation Specialist with over 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering larger or more complex architectures, strategies, and specific solutions through the ServiceNow platform. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, coupled with technical expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and testing modules in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality, and development standards. Additionally, the candidate will provide Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)/IT Business Management (ITBM) technical knowledge and expertise to the delivery team, customers, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: * Identify, design, and deliver larger or more complex architectures and solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and technical expertise in SPM and ITSM modules.
• Design, develop, implement, and test modules in accordance with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality, and development standards.
• Provide technical knowledge and expertise in SPM/ITBM to the delivery team, customers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Technical expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
