• Maintains, updates and enhances ServiceNow environment/modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals, SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations.
• Participates in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitors health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications and platform patching and upgrades.

Understanding of agile concepts

• Knows how business processes are integrated and their dependency upon/relations with other applications.
• Undertakes analysis of user and business requirements, with particular regard to their impact on existing systems and environments and produces an appropriate business and/or system design.
• Is able to document current architectures and standards.
• Can develop future-state conceptual architectures.
• Can develop and/or apply architecture policy and standards.
• Identifies, records and tracks implementation risks

What will you bring?

• 5+ Years of Total Experience with 3+ Years in ServiceNow Platform
• Provide overall support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow modules as assigned.
• Perform application development and maintenance, including development of new features and enhancements to existing applications through platform configuration and customization
• Develop systems integrations and process automation - fully utilizing the platform\'s workflow capabilities
• Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting
• Programming experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript, Ajax, JSON and XML, preferably within ServiceNow (business rules, script includes, client scripts, transform map scripts, etc.)
• Develop new data imports and transforms
• Install and maintenance of the mid server.
• Provide end-user technical support to resolve issues, answer questions and provide additional training as needed
• Monitor external system integrations and provide support as needed
• Provide backup to other team members, as needed, for activities such as CMDB administration, system upgrade and patching, regression testing and releasing of new applications
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Familiar with web services integrations using SOAP and REST
• Experience in ServiceNow GRC and HR Service Delivery Is highly desireable
