### Job brief


We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to execute the full lifecycle of the product development, by programming well-designed, efficient, and testable code that meets specifications.

### Responsibilities

• Broad IT experience of 10 to 12 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery and Service Mapping)
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Architecture, ITOM suite, Health dashboards and CMDB audit certifications.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Technical Architect and Application SMEs to create new service maps/patterns, resolve discovery issues and deploy the servicemaps.
• Have hands on experience on implementing Service Mapping for business applications and developing run processes.

### Requirements

• Must have working experience with service graph connectors and discovery of cloud resources.
• Good to have the knowledge of Application portfolio management, information Objects & TPM.
• Must have working experience using CSDM framework & configuring dynamic CI groups.
• Must have troubleshooting skills to solve the complex problems with Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Integrations, Health dashboards.
• Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML, web services and API's
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Effective time management, teamwork and mentoring junior resources.
