Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Implementations
Minimum 2 years of Telecommunications Service Management
Minimum 5 years of Telecom domain In-depth understanding of telecommunications service delivery processes, including provisioning, billing, inventory management, and fault management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any two features of ServiceNow
Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and its application to telecommunications service management processes
