We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, and other modules. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to develop scalable, sustainable ServiceNow architectures that align with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architectures across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and GRC.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Technical Leadership
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, configuration, and implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver impactful results.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for teams and stakeholders.
Implementation & Integration
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation.
Governance & Optimization
• Establish governance standards for ServiceNow platform usage, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation to ensure consistency and alignment with principles.
• Perform regular audits and reviews to optimize the ServiceNow platform.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Foster strong collaboration between IT and business teams to achieve strategic objectives.
QualificationsExperience
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 2-3 years as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and GRC modules.
Technical Skills
• Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform features like Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, and enterprise architecture.
Certifications
• Must Have : CSA, ITSM, HRSD, GRC certifications.
• Preferred : ITBM, SecOps, SIR, VR certifications.
Soft Skills
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
