JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in a wide range of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Security Operations (SecOps), and Service Portfolio Management (SPM). As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the unique needs of our organization and clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•


Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.

•


Design and architect ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

•


Lead the implementation and configuration of various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM.

•


Customize ServiceNow applications and workflows using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.

•


Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications to streamline processes and enhance functionality.

•


Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

•


Conduct regular assessments and audits of existing ServiceNow instances to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

•


Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to address evolving business needs.

•


Lead solution architecture analysis, design, and agile development activities, emphasizing process, solution design, and integration, ensuring adherence to technical best practices.

•


Design, configure, test, and deploy new/enhancements of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, scripts, integrations, and user interfaces.

•


Manage all ServiceNow design issues, defects, upgrades, patching, and release management activities.

•


Provide strategic recommendations on technical best practices, industry trends, and continuous improvement initiatives.

•


Estimate project timelines and participate in requirement gathering meetings to provide technical input.

•


Contribute to process improvement, standards development, and adherence to coding and quality standards.

•


Prepare flows/workflows, system documentation, architecture documents, and Visio diagrams.

•


Architect ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Jobs to optimize platform performance.

•


Define and oversee the deployment of ServiceNow implementations, including continuous improvement processes.

•


Propose and implement integrations with other tools and vendors, following integration best practices.

•


Proficiency in architecture design and capability rollout within enterprise-level environments.

•


Demonstrated ability to showcase the value of ServiceNow platform through effective communication and presentations to stakeholders.

•


Experience in improving processes across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) domains, adhering to ITIL principles.

•


Leadership skills to guide developers and ensure the right configuration at the enterprise level.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

•


Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•


Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) is required.

•


Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.

•


Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) IT Service Management, Human Resource, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Service Mapping are preferred.

•


Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) is plus.

•


Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.

•


Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM modules.

•


Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.

•


Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

•


Experience in Agile development and Scrum methodologies.

•


Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using Integration HUB, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods.

•


Strong understanding of Observability, AIOps, and Cloud technologies.

•


Ability to utilize Observability and AIOps capabilities to enhance Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules in ServiceNow.

•


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

•


Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
