Solution design and architecture: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with the client's business requirements and best practices. This includes creating functional and technical designs, data models, workflows, and integrations.
ServiceNow development and customization: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and reports. Customize and extend the platform to meet specific client needs.
Implementation and deployment: Lead or participate in the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. This involves configuring and testing the platform, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the solution.
Technical advisory and guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams regarding ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and solution design options. Assist in making informed decisions to optimize the use of the ServiceNow platform.
Integration and data management: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, both internal and external. This includes using integration tools, APIs, and web services to exchange data and automate processes.
Incident and problem resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations, configurations, and customizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Documentation and knowledge sharing: Create documentation such as technical specifications, system design documents, test plans, and user guides. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users and fellow team members.
Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to existing ServiceNow solutions.
