Role: ServiceNow Applications Manager / DeveloperContract Type: PermanentLocation: This role can be based remotely in either England, Netherlands or Bangalore (India).Salary: To \xe2\x82\xac80,000 / \xc2\xa370,000 / 1.8m Rupee (depending on experience), plus benefitsKinly is a leading integrator of audio-visual and unified communications solutions, serving as a globally trusted technology advisor to leading organisations. For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.As we continue to evolve, we now have a newly created opportunity for a proven ServiceNow Applications Manager / Developer to join our highly collaborative IT team, to play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions, using ServiceNow, to help support & improve overall business processes.You will be a trusted advisor for both the business as well as your peers and unlock value through your own initiatives and insights.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the further adoption of the ServiceNow platform within Kinly
• Ensure continuous improvement of the current platform
• Create efficiencies for your business stakeholders with innovative solutions
• Coordinate technical projects
• Provide direction and coaching to your peers & support staff

Skills and experience:

• Have a proven IT background with solid specific experience in ServiceNow application management
• Proven track record working with business stakeholders and a strong understanding of business processes
• Experience with requirements analysis, functional & technical design, testing, and project management
• Knowledge of integration platforms & APIs
• Capable of working with and managing vendors
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• You are proficient in English (must have) and Dutch (nice to have), both verbally and in writing
• Flexibility working attitude, and willing to periodically be on stand-by, work outside of regular hours as necessary and travel internationally
