System Administration for the ServiceNow Platform is an essential role in the coordination of administrative level activities across all ServiceNow Production Non Production Environments within JCI
This is a limited elevated privileged role to coordinate and support all platform level activities events escalations and product delivery capabilities
Must have Direct the activities of onshore and offshore development managers technical project leaders and developers
Oversee phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis design development testing and ongoing support for the client area s application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms
Develop and execute an application roadmap for existing applications including technology upgrades maintenance and issue resolution
Primary Skills
ServiceNow ITSM Suite of products Good to have ITIL Foundation V3 4 Certification
ServiceNow Sys Admin Certification
Working knowledge of Microsoft core technologies
Secondary Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
