So, what's the job?
You'll improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects.
You'll analyse the current environment and propose automation whenever possible.
You'll manage functional and process documentation.
You'll Coordinate upgrades and changes to the ServiceNow instance.
You'll manage permissions and access (roles, users, and groups).
You'll guide business users with the process and ServiceNow.
You'll troubleshoot day-to-day operation and system issues.
You'll set up reports and schedule them.
You'll set up notifications and alerts.
You'll work closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders and implement ITIL best practices.
You'll manage Access Control Lists and scripts like server scripts and client scripts.
You'll manage CMDB health and fix the exception and ensure it's upto date.
You'll Develop and manage standard load template to import updated data.
You'll Resolve basic incidents and fulfil routine service requests.
You'll provide training to end-users and business owners
And what are we looking for?
You'll have a minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow administration Or Development
You'll have hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM understanding and coordination with stakeholders to support the accuracy.
You'll have experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
You'll have experience with ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
You'll demonstrate ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
You'll have experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred.
You'll have the ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application-related problems.
You'll have exceptional customer service skills,
ITIL v3 Certification or you'd Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
You'll bring the ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results
