Position: Service Trainee

Reports To: Service Supervisor

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and approachable Service Trainee to join our hospitality team at The Cozy Nook, Manali. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences by learning and implementing high standards of service. As a Service Trainee, you will play a crucial role in assisting guests, ensuring their comfort, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service:

• Be hospitable and approachable at all times, available to assist guests 24/7 as required.
• Address every guest's needs promptly and courteously, ensuring a 5-star experience for each guest.

2. Food and Beverage Service:

• Serve food and beverages professionally while adhering to service etiquette.
• Assist with table setup, ensuring all settings are neat and meet the hotel's standards.

3. Communication and Interaction:

• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
• Be soft-spoken and maintain a polite demeanor in all interactions.

4. Training and Development:

• Learn and implement all Cozy Nook services and training modules by heart.
• Continuously improve service skills by adhering to feedback and hotel standards.

5. Guest Feedback:

• Strive to achieve a 5-star rating from every guest by exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Experience:

• 0-1 year experience in service or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of customer service etiquette and hospitality standards.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments.

3. Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service protocols.

4. Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Compensation

Salary: ?10,000 - ?12,000 per month
