Service Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Need to work at TAT norms ( Turn around time -24 hrs. - for attending the service )
• Need to send daily reports and updation for quality department
• Need to handle good dealer management and customer management
• Need to maintain discipline and sanctity for the company operations
• Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product.
• Promoting the company's services.
• Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills.
Requirements:
• Qualification : ITI OR DIPLOMA
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience
• The ability to work independently.
• Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
