Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Service Technician

to join our team at

Gravton Motors

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining

electric two-wheelers (EVs)

to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on

Gravton Quanta

and other EV models. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in EVs. Conduct

pre-delivery inspections (PDI)

and ensure vehicles are in perfect working condition. Assist customers with technical queries and provide guidance on vehicle usage and maintenance. Collaborate with the R&D and Quality teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements. Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions. Provide on-site and remote support for customers facing vehicle-related concerns. Ensure all service tasks are completed efficiently and meet

Gravton Motors' quality standards

. Stay updated with

EV industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

.

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's Degree

in

Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

.

1-3 years

of experience in vehicle servicing (EV experience is a plus). Strong understanding of

electric vehicles, battery technology, and BMS (Battery Management System)

. Hands-on experience in

diagnostics tools and service software

. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to handle

customer queries

professionally and provide timely solutions. Willingness to travel for on-site service support when required.
