Job Summary:
The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on electric two-wheelers. This role requires hands-on skills in both mechanical and electrical systems, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our vehicles. The Service Technician will work closely with engineers and the service team to resolve technical issues and support customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric two-wheelers, including mechanical and electrical components.

? Diagnose issues related to battery packs, electrical wiring, motors, and vehicle control systems.

? Conduct pre-delivery inspections and periodic servicing as per company protocols.

? Assemble, disassemble, and replace components as required, following safety and quality standards.

? Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve faults in the vehicle's electrical and mechanical systems.

? Document service and repair activities accurately and submit reports to the Service Manager.

? Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on vehicles.

? Provide customer support by explaining issues and repairs to dealers or end-users as necessary.

? Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in electric two-wheelers, including problems with suspension, brakes, drive systems, and structural components.

? Perform detailed inspections and mechanical testing to identify and resolve faults in vehicle systems.

? Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure that mechanical and electrical systems work harmoniously.

Qualifications:

? Diploma or certification in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

? 1-3 years of experience as a service technician in automotive or electric vehicle industries.

? Familiarity with electric two-wheeler components and systems.

? Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

? Ability to work with diagnostic tools and service software.

? Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,207.94 - ?20,000.00 per month
