We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Service Technician/Trainee to join our team in Kochi. The successful candidate will undergo training to install, maintain, and troubleshoot home automation systems.

Qualifications:

• ITI completed
• Diploma in Computer Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and computer networks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of home automation systems
• Learn to configure and program smart home devices
• Provide technical support to customers
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
• Assist senior technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls

Employment Terms:

• 3 months probation period
• Probation period salary: Rs. 8,000 per month
• Post-probation salary: Rs. 12,000-Rs.15,000 per month
• Additional benefits: TA and other expenses covered for outside travel

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
