Job Description
Position: Service Technician
Experience: 1 -2yrs
Job Responsibilities -
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in 2-wheeler EVs.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly.
Keep accurate service records and manage parts inventory.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
Job Requirements -
A diploma's degree in electrical or mechanical is preferred.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
The ability to remain professional under pressure.
Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
Experience with electric vehicles or automotive repair.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
