Job Description

AKB Motors LLP, a trusted name in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring high-quality service that meets TVS Motor Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer service needs as detailed on the job card and perform repairs based on diagnosis.
• Follow TVS Motor Company specifications and quality guidelines.
• Identify additional repairs needed during the service process and notify the Floor Supervisor or Service Advisor.
• Complete vehicle repairs within the promised timeline.
• Record all actions taken for the demanded repairs on the job card.
• Conduct thorough cross-checks to ensure all job demands are fulfilled and meet quality standards.
• Stamp/sign the job card upon completion of the job.
• Notify the supervisor of completed repairs and hand over the job card for final processing.

Requirements

• Education: Intermediate, ITI (Mechanical/Automobile), or equivalent training and experience in an automotive-related trade.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills in vehicle servicing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
