Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair [specific equipment/systems, e.g., computers, machinery, electrical systems, HVAC systems]. Perform routine inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently. Diagnose malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify issues. Replace faulty parts and repair equipment according to technical manuals and company standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain safety protocols when working with equipment. Document service and repair work, including details of diagnosis, repair actions, and time spent. Provide technical support to users, answering questions and assisting in troubleshooting. Assist in the setup and calibration of new equipment. Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Communicate effectively with other departments, supervisors, and customers. Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Stay updated with technological advances and industry trends relevant to the job.
