Job Responsibilities:
• Use various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure effective service
delivery.
• Promptly follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback.
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative
maintenance measures.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Deliver demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment use.
• Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed.
• Conduct research and attend workshops to stay abreast of industry developments.
• Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.
• Apply cross-domain engineering skills, including basic knowledge of Mechanical,
Electrical, and Electronics, to design multi-disciplinary technologies.
Job Requirements:
• An ITI degree is preferred.
• A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
