Position Title: Service Team Lead (Third Party Payroll) Male Qualifications: Technical Graduate (ITI/Diploma) Experience: 3-5 Years Roles and Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning, IQ/OQ, and onsite repairs of Vapor recovery systems, below ground products. Pre- and post-sales support for OPW products Provide technical support for in-house and on-site products, willing to travel to PAN India to ensure customer satisfaction and address technical issues. Conduct installations, demonstrations, trials, training, Maintenance/AMC, etc. Generate after-sales revenue through spares and service sales. Maintain records of service and maintenance schedules, manage service inventory, and execute Key accounts support plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and submit timely reports. Maintain and replenish the stock of necessary spares. Help with the development of preventative maintenance procedures for OPW products. Cross-Sale and up-sale within key accounts. Technically qualify assigned leads, and provide technical offers, demonstrations, and follow-ups. Manage all the documents and reports with respective to all the activities performed.
