Service Staff
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient staff to join our team. As a service staff you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and take orders in a timely and accurate manner
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are correct and delivered promptly
Manage tables efficiently, ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their meal
Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests
Requirements:
Previous experience as a service staff or in a related customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holiday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
