Job Description

Basic Information:Support the Service Solution department, being responsible for the Planned Maintenance, Purchased Warranty and Service Inspections contracts management and related accrual funds administration.Support the product offering development for all CNH Industrial Business Lines (Agriculture and Construction). Ensure that the Contracts sold to Business Partners & Customers adhere to the Company policies and respect the local legal requirements.Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to monitor Business Partners\xe2\x80\x99 / Customers\xe2\x80\x99 payments and Funds resulting from the sale of contracts and produce and distribute monthly reporting and monitor contract performance.Maintain the Warranty system, on Contracts portion, to ensure Maintenance and Repair Claims can be correctly processed.Manage new Contracts systems and product rollout projects.Roles & Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Collect, validate and load on CNHI systems Contracts resulting from the sale of services\xc2\xb7 Provide ad-hoc contracts and performance reports for Service Solutions support\xc2\xb7 Inform management and propose improvements in regards to underperforming contracts\xc2\xb7 Manage existing contracts and support the drafting of new ones\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Financial controllers to ensure correct accruals and funds allocation\xc2\xb7 Monitor funds and accruals set following contract sales and monitor performances\xc2\xb7 Produce and distribute reports to control performance, funds and spending\xc2\xb7 Support and manage new systems rollout projects and maintain, parameterize and propose improvements to the Contract Tracking systemsQualification & Other Details:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using SAP enterprise application, MS Office package, Internet applications and Outlook\xc2\xb7 Previous experience of at least 3 years in multinational companies, similar role is a plus\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English, another language is a plus
