Work location: Pune regionJob Responsibilities:Project Management:
Lead and manage renewable energy solar projects from initiation through completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.Service / AMC activities:
Installation and Commissioning: Ensure proper system integration and commissioning of solar power systems.
Maintenance and Repair:
Conduct regular maintenance checks on installed solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair faults in solar panels, inverters, and other components.
Perform system upgrades and modifications as required.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols.Customer Support:
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operation and maintenance.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and client use.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest developments in solar technology and industry best practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
