Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• "Service Scheduler" is a key role who will interact with customers to plan visits such as
• Preventive maintenance, Installations and other planned activites. Service Schedulers will work closely with Regional Service Managers, customers and
• Field Engineers to deliver our services, effectively.
• Customer call handling & monitoring over email and phone.
• Planning and scheduling activities for Service Engineers, in alignment with Customers'expectations.
• Negotiate with customer's to schedule planned maintenance activities.
• Ability to know/learn the specific geographic territory and travel time estimation.
• Collaboration with Regional Service Manager and Team Leaders.
• Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system.
• Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers.
• Planning and scheduling of installation activities for Field Engineers.
• Collaboration with Call dispatching team with regular interactions.
• Leave room for Short Term and dispatching to manage load factor.
• Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity.
What You Need to Succeed

• Diploma, BSc - Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Any Graduate
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Good Negotiator
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Preferred - Knowledge of SAP and SFDC,
• Preferred - Good knowledge of Customer location and time to travel, for a specific region
