Need for a strong customer focus and marketing focus to support regions for the transformations and upgradation of assembly applications. A candidate with hands on experience and entrepreneurial mind can co-ordinate well with our team.
In this position, you will report to the Regional Service Manager in your region.
Your roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Day to day interaction with all key customers & dealers sales team handling these customer\'s
Build network of information flow regarding business prospects in vertical and horizontal direction to develop the business in your area.
Arrange technical seminars for the customers at their location for promoting the products in co-ordination with the regional operation team
Analyse and prepare systematic mapping regarding present situation for all customers in each segments.
Keep a track of customer investments well in advance for customer & build our contracts & others service products around it
Advice and support the customers through transformations and upgradation of service product to meet their LCS for better productivity.
Establish rate contracts in conjunction with sales and marketing team for developing pricing programs which would meet the financial objectives of the organization
Preserving the business within the account/segment and generating new business in your area of operation.
Manage track of all wins and losses with proper analysis of \'why\' for losses with our sales systems C4C, WIMT etc
.Proper co-ordination/ synergy with product sale & operation team to execute received orders
.Receivable collection & control
Experience requirements
3-5 years of experience in spares sales/ Product sales and marketing.
A good understanding of the sales process in Industrial Products and sales career with technical background and desire to build long term relations with customers and develop the territory.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
Engineering Degree
Personality requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate self as well as the team. Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and team. Proven selling skills at major key accounts. Sound knowledge of selling techniques with professional approach and proven selling skills at major key accounts.
