: Service Sales Manager - (1No.)
Role:
To develop new leads to grow Service business of the Organization. To work directly with customers to recommend our products and services to fit their needs. He shall anticipate customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them by selling our product & services. To search and discuss with potential customers to understand their service/maintenance needs fitting to our expertise areas and suggest and sell our product and services. To understand the existing customer needs and as well pushing our new products in the market to make customers are updated with our services & product availability.
Responsibilities & duties:
• Analyze and interpret new product features to needy customers.
• To sell the Rail clips, pads, bolts etc. to potential customers from suitable Industries.
• To get fabrication and services business from OEM industries.
• Interaction with the Client / Parties and the Project Implementation Manager.
• Coordination with the Purchase & Logistics team for the timely material availability.
• To liaise with Clients and coordinate with designers and other engineers.
• Increase the Service Sales order bookings.
• To plan Service - sales Targets & achieve appropriate Service billings on monthly basis.
Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Experience: Min. 3-4 years' experience in similar service sales profiles in Mechanical Engineering field preferably from Fabrication industry. Freshers need not apply please.
Skill set: Good knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, E-mail & written, oral communication. Good negotiation skills.
Added advantage: Past experience in Fabrication / Steel industry and worked with OEM Companies.
