Job description of Service Sales Executive

We are finding Graduate/Post Graduate Candidates (MBA in marketing preferred)

Responsible for selling medical products, equipment, part and service (AMC & CMC) to hospitals, health systems, doctors.
Develop Business & Raise CMC, AMC. Equipment part order and collection. Good Bonding with Team and Proper Communication with Customer.

Responsibilities of Candidates Include: Generate Business Related Health Equipment. Identifying Sales Opportunities Closing Business Deals Negotiating Following Up With Customers Meeting Sales Targets

Good Communication Skills, Good Learner. Good Bonding With Customer. Good Knowledge In Marketing And Basic Computer. Knowledge In Health Equipment (CR, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound Etc)

Sales

• Handling inquiries and follow up of the same
• Promptly attending customer queries and initiate steps
• Preparing quotation, project reports
• Timely reminders and follow-ups of quotations & offers sent
• Updating to the customers.
• Follow up for payment & realizations
• Maintain MIS such as user list, product list (types of equipment), prospective list, order lost report, Expenses statement, order confirmation list etc.
• Maintaining customer database product wise
• Communication with the customer to find out the cause of customer dissatisfaction if any

Service

• Generating income in way of After-sales service and calibration
• Candidates should be ready for intense travelling anywhere in UP & Uttarakhand
• Having excellent communication

Interact with a diverse set of customers including doctors, hospital management staff, NGOs, home diagnostics sector, to initiate and conclude sale deals.

Monitor market trends, analyses consumer behaviors and activities to identify new opportunities.

Develop sales and marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision.

Prepare and manage sales and marketing plans for the products, services, and conduct promotional events.

Ensure continued customer service and satisfaction and prepare comprehensive status reports with statistics concerning current sales, future projections, customer feedback and survey.

• Total work of Selling Medical Equipment/Pharma : 1-4 years (Required)
