About the Role : As a Service & Sales Engineer at CINEDOT - TRUE PRINT SOLUTIONS (EPSON AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR), you will be responsible for providing technical support and sales expertise for EPSON's range of products, including large format printers, scanners, and other imaging equipment. You will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive sales growth by identifying and addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities :
• Technical Support : Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for EPSON products, including printers, scanners, and other imaging equipment.
• Customer Service : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
• Sales Growth : Identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets by promoting EPSON products and solutions to customers.
• Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of EPSON products.
• Training : Provide training to customers and partners on the proper use and maintenance of EPSON products.
• Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and sales activities.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or sales role, preferably in the imaging or printing industry.
• Technical Skills : Strong technical knowledge of printers, scanners, and imaging equipment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Sales Acumen : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
