Service PlannerJob descriptionMissionTo manage contracts for all service sales, ensure servicing as per contractual terms, support and mentor the service planners at the regions. Ensuring that the customer\'s machines are serviced as per schedule with minimal backlogs as per contract document. Maintain SMAP tool bringing overall control on service contract execution process.Your Role

  • Service Delivery Planning and Execution
  • Responsible for New Service Contract creation.
  • Receive details of the contract terms & Conditions (e.g. M/c Sr no, Customer details, tenure of contract, the value of the contract, the scope of contracts etc.) from regional sales & service team and creating contracts in SAP.
  • Responsible for Service Contract Maintenance. Check Contract yearly price , duration, renewal etc
  • Responsible for Service Contract Invoicing (Running Billing due list report and invoicing with reference to regional billing statement)
  • Responsible for Spare parts and Equipment order booking
  • Close Co ordination with regional CSO for service contract execution.
  • Monitoring Service job activities through Movilizer ,support to regional CSO & follow up for timely closing of service jobs
  • O&M contractor Purchase order creations and sub contractor invoice processing.
  • Data Steward Vendor master
  • Movilizer & MAM2
  • Resolve queries/ issues on the systems like MAM2. Analyse recurring issues with the systems and resolve them with the IT department;
  • Identify system changes needed to support organization plans, validate the same with the supervisor and implement changes along with the IT department
  • To escalate the unresolved issues to the Product manager, whenever necessary so that immediate action can be taken to resolve them.
  • SRM Responsible for Non Core purchase.
  • Responsible for Vendor orders creation & payment Processing & keeping record

What we expect from youEducation- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in engineering or a related field.Relevant Experience- Background in the service industry with a solid understanding of service operations and customer satisfaction,Key Skills and Attributes - Proficient in computer skills and experienced with SAP or similar ERP systems, Demonstrated ability in cross-functional teamwork and administrative tasks and Strong verbal and written communication skills.Country and cityIndia, PuneDiverse by nature and inclusive by choice
