xe2x97x8f Computer Network and management (LAN & WAN)
xe2x97x8f Troubleshooting in the Local Area Network.
xe2x97x8f Troubleshooting in OS xe2x80x93 Repair, upgrade and Installation.
xe2x97x8f Remote support and management.
xe2x97x8f Checking of configuration for proper functioning of equipment ( Laptop & Desktop)
xe2x97x8f Maintain network equipment (Routers, Switches, ADSL Modems, MPLS connectivity).
xe2x97x8f Maintaining Daily checklist for server room & network connection /Meeting rooms.
xe2x97x8f Stakeholder Management.
xe2x97x8f Effectively listening to others, expressing ideas both orally and in writing and providing
relevant and timely information to management, co workers, subordinates and customers
xe2x97x8f End user support & Vendor Management
xe2x97x8f License & Patch Management (Antivirus / restricting to install the Pirated software/ Windows
Patch management)
xe2x97x8f Should have a good understanding of network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN,
VLANs, TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).
xe2x97x8f basic knowledge the Routers ,Switches, MAC Laptops
xe2x97x8f Asset management, Preparing the Monthly Report
xe2x97x8f Basic experience on VOIP phones
xe2x97x8f Knowledge on Linux
