Job Role .Support function in all the Service / Process/ Salary upload issues .MIS & Analysis on service JOB REQUIREMENTS Skills/Knowledge prerequisites .Siebel handling for Customer request .Service issue resolution by coordinating with different departments .One point Contact for Corporates on Service issues. .Visit corporates and meet customers Educational Qualifications .Graduate Experience Profile .At least 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Personality Traits .Should be well versed with English & Hindi. .Ability to relate to channel members at different levels .Good Communication Skills .Candidate should be Confident and tactful. .Passion for Service Excellence .Understands / Anticipates needs Preferred industry (if any) .Hospitality / Financial Services / Telecom / FMCG.
