Responsibilities

Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments
Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
Manages support for incidents
Leads upgrade planning and execution
Manages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
Provides configuration assistance to developers
Recommend ways to improve efficiency and quality of the current implementation and help improve them.

Profile

Bachelor\'s degree in with 10+ years of IT experience
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, experience with several modules is an advantage
Certified in ITILv3 or higher - mandatory
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Certified ServiceNow Implementation
Good understanding of the Agile way of working
Work experience in a large enterprise environment
Good understanding of IT infrastructures like (Networking/Storage solutions/Virtualization/Scripting/Cloud)
Good knowledge of integrations with SOAP/REST API
Good understanding of out-of-the-box and customized integrations for ServiceNow.
