Must Have Skills : Service Now Nice To Have Skills : Service Now Roles & responsibilities : General Summary The ServiceNow Developer provides configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. 1. Improves business processes and manages continuous improvement projects. 2. Analyzes the current environment and proposes automation whenever possible. 3. Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS. 4. Scripts Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to other applications. 5. Customizes ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly. 6. Customizes UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes. 7. Is responsible for Configuration Management (CMDB) 8. Analyzes system performance issues and determines performance enhancements. 9. Administers Knowledge Base and Service Catalog. 10. Configures out-of-the-box workflows and creates/maintains custom workflows. 11. Configures application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls. 12. Integrates ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs, 13. Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals.
