Platform Operations - QA Senior




Responsible for the planning, integration, test casing, scripting and execution of all testing to ensure proper coverage, schedules and leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary, works on multiple projects/systems as a project team member and are a subject matter expert for a single project/system. These projects are of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments.




Knowledge of ServiceNow test management (recommended)


Automated testing experience (Automate Pro) (recommended)


Knowledge of Access Control List and related testing (Explicit Role Review)


Integration testing against best practice standards


Platform health & technical debt remediation testing


Vulnerability remediation testing (Obsidian Security findings)


Knowledge of archive and destroy rules, table cleaner and auto flush rules, and clone excludes for relate testing
