Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.


Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.


Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.


Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.


Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.


Stay updated on the latest testing tools and techniques.


Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality.


Automate test cases using appropriate tools.


Techncial Skills and Experience:


Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)


Experience with testing tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira)


Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its functionalities


Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell)


Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure


Effective communication and collaboration skills
