Role: Service Now Architect
Exp: 8-10 years and relevant exp as an Architect
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum, KochiJDArchitect JD

• Implementation experience on more than one module like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.
• Experience integrations and should have integrated at least 10+ tools with ServiceNow
• Experience in Flow Designer
• Should be hands on developer as well
• Experience in managing ServiceNow Partnership

The incumbent should have an overall experience of 14 years in engineering & development role with 10 years specific to Architecture level and the recent few years specific to ServiceNow software suite, in the below technical areas:
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong Knowledge in development and implementation of "as a service\xe2\x80\x9d and cloud platforms and products. Experience of Development of Customized SaaS Platforms
\xe2\x96\xaa Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management
\xe2\x96\xaa ServiceNow Administrator-level training and / or equivalent hands-on experience
\xe2\x96\xaa In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good understanding of the ServiceNow Data Model High-level understanding of the ServiceNow integration (with other systems / applications) architecture, in particular API\'s
\xe2\x96\xaa Capable of managing own workload as well as planning / directing the activities of others. Includes work planning, creation of status reports, managing project financials, etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience working with a diverse functional and technical team on multiple concurrent streams / tracks of work
\xe2\x96\xaa Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business community and translate them into functional and technical requirements which can be estimated for complexity and then queued for implementation
\xe2\x96\xaa Has experience functioning as a Solution Architect role in multiple ServiceNow implementations
\xe2\x96\xaa Ability to build & present solutions & proposals to global clients, especially C- Level Executives.
\xe2\x96\xaa Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
