Position/Title: Service Now AnalystYears of Experience: 7 to 10 YearsDuration: 6 months ProjectWork Location: MumbaiNotice Period: Immediate joinersEmployment Type: Contract (Ciel HR Payroll)JOB DISCRIPTIONThe Service Account Analyst will be responsible for researching and identifying the owners of various service accounts within the organization. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:

• Service Account Ownership Identification: Research and identify the probable owners of service accounts using a list provided by the organization. This will involve searching various organizational systems for clues about account ownership.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to service accounts and create comprehensive reports detailing your findings.
• Communication: Effectively communicate your findings both verbally and in writing to various stakeholders within the organization.
• Automation of Tasks: Develop, maintain, and improve Python scripts to automate the task of identifying service account ownership. This will involve writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Tool Management: Use various tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Excel to aid in your research and reporting duties.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with project/collaboration apps such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience in maintaining and improving existing scripts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Knowledge of Windows and basic networking concepts.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
