KRAs: xefx82xb7 Lead the entire Branch Operational activities of an individual Branch (Mega/ Large Branches) xefx82xb7 Manage a Service Team. xefx82xb7 Co-ordinate the audit of the branch - Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit and regulator and procedural compliance requirements. xefx82xb7 Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio's, control retention and better cross sell activities xefx82xb7 Authorize and check Teller and Relationship teams entries for customer transaction/ service request xefx82xb7 Check end products, Check vouchers to clear transactions xefx82xb7 Vault / Key custodian of the Branch xefx82xb7 Manage the Service Scores of the branch xefx82xb7 Branch Lobby and Customer Queue management. xefx82xb7 Managing cash (including FX and TCs) at the branch and ensuring that cash (including FX and TCs) is within branch limit. xefx82xb7 Customer complains management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT. xefx82xb7 Be responsible for the AML & KYC compliance of the various account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC Desired Candidate Profile: xefx82xb7 Meticulous & has an Eye for detail xefx82xb7 Ability to manage and motivate front office staff. xefx82xb7 Thorough overall understanding of branch banking operations xefx82xb7 Graduate : 6 - 8 years of experience xefx82xb7 Post Graduate : 4 - 6 years of experience xefx82xb7 Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
