KRAs: \xef\x82\xb7 Lead the entire Branch Operational activities of an individual Branch (Mega/ Large Branches) \xef\x82\xb7 Manage a Service Team. \xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinate the audit of the branch - Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit and regulator and procedural compliance requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio\'s, control retention and better cross sell activities \xef\x82\xb7 Authorize and check Teller and Relationship teams entries for customer transaction/ service request \xef\x82\xb7 Check end products, Check vouchers to clear transactions \xef\x82\xb7 Vault / Key custodian of the Branch \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the Service Scores of the branch \xef\x82\xb7 Branch Lobby and Customer Queue management. \xef\x82\xb7 Managing cash (including FX and TCs) at the branch and ensuring that cash (including FX and TCs) is within branch limit. \xef\x82\xb7 Customer complains management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT. \xef\x82\xb7 Be responsible for the AML & KYC compliance of the various account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC Desired Candidate Profile: \xef\x82\xb7 Meticulous & has an Eye for detail \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to manage and motivate front office staff. \xef\x82\xb7 Thorough overall understanding of branch banking operations \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate : 6 - 8 years of experience \xef\x82\xb7 Post Graduate : 4 - 6 years of experience \xef\x82\xb7 Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
