Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs to our clients' equipment. This role requires expertise in various medical devices and other laboratory equipment such as gamma counters, spectroscopy, synthesizers, dose calibrators etc.
Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of a Service Engineer in our organization are as follows Performing AMC of instruments in PAN India locations. Handling Breakdowns and Installations of same instruments. Cross-selling spares & consumables and increasing company revenue. Developing self-knowledge in accordance with standards set by the company. Travel to Europe for training organized by the company. Join our team of extremely competent engineers and become known PAN India for your service. Instruments - Highly Technical Medical Devices and Laboratory Devices. Ensure 100% uptime of all instruments . Promote Sales while on Service calls - Giving technical presentations, Demonstrations, Consumable sales , Repeat orders for AMC & New AMC Orders.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical, electronics and instruments - Experience with any medical or laboratory equipment. Competence in using precision measuring instruments - Familiarity with logic controllers for troubleshooting - Strong ability to maintain and repair equipment - Proficient in English for effective communication - This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical skills will be put to the test. Supervise and lead a team of service technicians, advisors, and support staff.
Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and improve service efficiency

Implement customer service standards and best practices.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

Proven experience as a Assistant Service Manager/ Service Manager.
