We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service In-charge to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department at Feroke . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and technical expertise in two-wheeler servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the service team and ensure smooth operations of the service department.
• Monitor and manage customer service queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety and service protocols.
• Supervise service schedules, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage team performance, conduct training, and develop staff skills.
• Liaise with sales, parts, and other departments to streamline operations.
• Maintain records, service logs, and ensure timely reporting.
• Address customer issues and escalate them to higher management when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
