We are looking for a skilled Service Incharge to oversee our workshop operations, manage service complaints, and lead a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily workshop activities and workflow.
• Address and resolve service complaints efficiently.
• Manage and mentor technicians to enhance performance.
• Maintain equipment and inventory for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a workshop environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Technical background related to the industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?46,973.67 per month
