Service Executive
Job Description
Servicing and maintaining a variety of medical equipment such as electrocardiographs, x-ray machines, ultrasound scanners, patient monitors, respirators, IV pumps. Repairs common equipment malfunctions.
• Successful installation of Company instruments in a timely & cost-effective way
• Proactive preventive maintenance, reactive repairs and basic calibration on site
• Responsible to conduct users / operators' trainings at customer sites.
• Educate customers on Company technology and science behind applications
• Maximize system performance and minimize downtime
• Interpret customers' needs and take responsibility for problem resolution amongst other functions liaising with the customer on administrative and technical matters
• Demonstration of Company instrumentation and reagents to customers
• Regular communication with Supervisor and Coordinators for scheduling
• Timely return of spare parts
• Integrate Company instruments into customer laboratories and provide customer support to the customer during the evaluation and validation process

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
