Position - Service Executive

Location - Chakan MIDC Pune Maharashtra

Experience - 1 Year Preferred

Education - ITI / Diploma

Gender - Male Only

Salary - 18000/- Max

and Responsibilities: -

o

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

o

Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.

o

Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

o

Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

o

Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

o

Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

o

Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

o

Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.

o

Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new orders, contract renewals, and system sales.

o

Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.

o

The ability to lift and carry a toolbox & Spare material that can weigh up to 2-10 Kg.

o

Cary Spare & wear parts if required to delivery customer & demo.

o

Two-Wheeler required compulsory

Requirements and Qualifications:

o

Education: - ITI / Diploma- Related experience

o

1 years (Preferred)/ Fresher (after interview)

o

Good communication and interpersonal skills
