• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding solar system service issues, including maintenance and repairs.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service via phone, email.
• Guide customers on system performance and operational best practices to maximize energy production.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure proper installation and commissioning of solar systems.
• Conduct post-installation and ensure systems are working as expected.
• Monitor the performance of solar energy systems remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other system components.
• Coordinate with technical teams to perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Prepare reports on system performance and maintenance activities for internal use and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
