Job Vacancy - Service Engineers_Mumbai

One of our clients (Hospitality industry) in Mumbai is looking for service engineers who has the the experience of installation and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipments like dishwashers, ovens, combi ovens and refrigerators in restaurants and hotels .

From state-of-the-art dishwashers, ovens and refrigerators in restaurants and hotels, to automobile components inside vehicles all over the world, their manufactured products and the solutions they design are all around us.

This US based trading organization; looking for Service Engineer for Mumbai branch (Already one person is working there). It is a NYSE listed company and is over 100 years old. The turnover of the company is 15.9 US Bn Dollars. The company is present over 65 countries, has around 50k employees all over the world, and 600 employees in India per se.

Responsibilities:

Willing to travel to Pan India on requirement.

1. TechnicalSupport:

- [ ] Provide comprehensive technical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ?commercial food service equipment. ?

- [ ] Offer expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure optimal equipment ?functionality. ?

- [ ] Assist in Service Project Execution activities. ?

- [ ] Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance ?measures. ?

2. On-Site Services:

- [ ] Conduct on-site installations, routine maintenance, and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for ?customers. ?

- [ ] Collaborate with direct customers to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored ?solutions. ?

- [ ] Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance. ?

- [ ] Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective ?equipment use. ?

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- [ ] Foster strong relationships with direct customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns ?promptly and professionally. ?

- [ ] Regularly communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on service ?activities. ?

- [ ] Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. ?

4. Collaboration with Channel Partners/Dealers:

- [ ] Work closely with channel partner and dealer service teams to provide technical training and ?support. ?

- [ ] Collaborate on joint service initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient Conduct ?training sessions for channel partner and dealer service teams to enhance their technical ?capabilities. ?

- [ ] Communicating with clients, and dealer technicians to ensure services are delivered effectively. ?

- [ ] Share insights and updates on product knowledge, industry trends, and emerging technologies. ?

5. Documentation and other key responsible activities:

- [ ] Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities, including reports, service logs, and ?customer interactions. ?

- [ ] Ensure timely submission of service documentation to support effective communication and ?decision-making. ?

- [ ] Uphold high-quality standards in all service activities, adhering to company guidelines and ?industry best practices. ?

- [ ] Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues proactively. ?

- [ ] Demonstrate flexibility to work with diverse customer requirements and adapt service strategies ?accordingly. ?

- [ ] Collaborate with channel partner and dealer service teams to address dynamic challenges in the ?field. ?

Min. experience : 4+ years of experience

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
